Jerry Pinataro founded Hill Country Human Resources in April of 2019.  Jerry identified the need for experienced HR consulting support in the Hill Country.  We understand small town and rural Texas HR needs because we live here and do business here as well.  

 Jerry Pinataro is an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of industry-leading expertise and knowledge. He began his career in the military, where he served as an Army Platoon Leader and Executive Officer. Jerry supervised and counseled soldiers on job performance and academic goals.
A born leader and a proven people-person, Jerry’s focus has always been on connecting with others to guide and advise on a deeper level. Whether in his platoon or with his workforce, Jerry is constantly driven to make the most out of his team.
As an HR Consultant, Jerry works hand in hand with his clients to develop their HR functions using best practices for recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and employee support.
Jerry holds a Certificate of Human Resource Management from University of Texas at Austin, a Certificate of Connected Leadership from Yale University and a  Bachelor of Arts degree from Marywood University. Jerry is an active member of HR organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level.
Jerry enjoys spending time with his family on their ranch and being involved in the community. Jerry also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where he shares his knowledge and passion for the human resources profession.
